IIT JEE OMR Sheet 2014 Pattern for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced Paper-I & Paper-IIThe IIT JEE (Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination) is one of the most prestigious entrance examinations of the country. Thousands of students appear for this examination every year, and it is a difficult examination to crack. The pattern of the examination requires the use of OMR answer sheets. The pattern and layout of this examination paper is totally different from the other entrance examinations. In the OMR answer sheet format for 2014, you would find a combination of multiple choice questions and integer type blocks based on numerical solution questions. Multiple choice questions: The multiple choice questions are those that have four to five options. In the IIT JEE answer papers, four options are usually provided. They are named as A, B, C, and D. While in most exams, the students have to choose one option among the four, in IIT entrance examinations, the students or candidates may have to choose two options. In most cases, full marks for a question are awarded to a student only when both the options are correct. Integer type numerical solution questions: This type of OMR bubble blocks is used for mathematical questions where the answer would be numerical. Here, instead of providing four options, the student is provided with an entire number matrix for the students to choose from. For instance, if the answer is a one digit number, you will find a matrix of 1-0 or 0-9 of 10 bubbles in one row.
